Welcome. This is our Guide to Exploring London. London has been ranked the best city in the world for 2023, and it’s easy to see why. Full to the brim with incredible landmarks, historic monuments and amazing attractions. There’s so much to see, but where to start and how to see it all?

We are London experts and we are here to help.

Tour Bus

Ah yes. The classic open-top London bus. This is what first comes to mind when you think of exploring London. A comfy way to travel through town with a nice view of the sights. There are loads of different buses to choose from. Our recommendation would be City Sightseeing. You can see these bright buses coming from a mile off and they have lots of handy kiosks (one in Piccadilly Circus & one by the River Thames) You can buy a 24-hour day pass and hop on and off as you wish.

Walking

What a lot of people don’t realise is that all of the main London Landmarks are pretty close together geographically, meaning walking from one to the other is super easy (and you’ll see loads of cool stuff on the way) It only takes about 15 minutes to walk from the London Eye to Westminster Abbey, and you get to see Big Ben on the way! Easy Peasy.

We recommend a walking tour to really get the most out of your trip. Vox City Walks London has amazing tours with friendly guides that’ll show you the city and give you lots of local advice. Prices start from £11.50 per person making them some of the most reasonably priced tours in town. You can book these HERE.

Veluba

Obviously, we think this is the number one way to experience London. And you just need to take a quick look at our Trip Advisor to see that the whole of London agrees with us too.
The tours are private tours for two people, you are met at the starting point by our lovely drivers & then driven through the city on our tour route.

Multilingual audio commentary plays automatically through the in-built speakers in the bike as we pass the sights, giving you fun facts and history as you pass the sights. Unique, private & the most fun you can have on 3 wheels. You can book these right here on our website.

Bicycle

No guide to exploring London would be complete without the trusty bike. This is definitely an exciting way to see the sights. One for the more adventurous traveller, so don your helmet and yellow jersey because it’s time to get peddling.

You can hire a bike through Santander Cycles from docking stations all over the city. If you like a bit more of direction you can go on group cycling tours, where you cycle through the city with a guide and stop off at different sightseeing locations. We recommend The London Bicycle Tour Company. Check these out HERE.
